Idaho Department of Correction Receives 2018 Laserfiche Award
Early February, MCCi and 300 of our clients embarked on the annual trip to Long Beach, CA, to attend Laserfiche’s Empower conference. Our team and clients spent the entire week in class and general sessions, and they had a little fun with a surprise visit from Vanilla Ice! All of the learning and fun aside (let’s not forget the fantastic food), there were very notable events that happened while at Empower this year.
The Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards recognizes organizations that have used Laserfiche to improve productivity, innovate processes and achieve exceptional results. Organizations that use Laserfiche covet this award; our clients work hard each year to reach this recognition in our industry.
This year, MCCi is proud to announce that on February 7, 2019, Idaho’s Department of Correction received the 2018 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award!
“The Idaho Department of Correction’s Mission is to protect the public, our staff and those within our custody and supervision through safety, accountability, partnerships and providing opportunities for offender change,” said IDOC Director Josh Tewalt. “Our goal is to modernize technology providing our staff the tools needed to be successful. Using Laserfiche, we have automated a lot of our processes making them more efficient and entirely paperless. Our priority is to increase staff efficiency so that they can focus on more important duties. The benefits have far exceeded our expectations, and we will continue to improve processes throughout the agency.”
“Through its vision and leadership, the Idaho Department of Correction is demonstrating the future of work, which supports collaboration, innovation, and ingenuity. “This forward-thinking approach to operations is positioning IDOC as a leader in the correctional industry. This recognition is well deserved—congratulations!” Karl Chan, President at Laserfiche.
“We are honored to be a part of such an outstanding and intelligent group of people who poured themselves into designing business process automation that works for their organization. The true test of becoming pioneers in our industry is to design processes that benefit others within their market, and the Idaho Department of Correction has done just that. Congratulations to everyone involved in receiving this recognition! We can’t wait to see what you do next.” ~ Donny Barstow, MCCi President & CEO
