We provide our clients some of the leading hyperautomation technologies, including Laserfiche for content services, Blue Prism for robotic process automation, ABBYY for intelligent capture, and One Span for digital signatures.

We are looking for a Renewal Specialist to join the team. This position is a highly transactional and analytical role, responsible for assisting in the annual renewal agreement process. With a heavy focus on renewing customers, this position works closely with Sales leadership, Account Management, and the Finance team. The ideal candidate is an articulate, collaborative, sales-minded professional who is highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume sales team.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable
  • Have the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Possess the ability to organize multiple responsibilities at once
  • Have excellent written, mathematical, and verbal communication skills
  • Are passionate about technology
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Excel
  • Are knowledgeable of sales management best practices

We expect individuals to:

  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide resolution when needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Collaborate across departments to process annual renewal quotes
  • Actively increase knowledge about the Renewal Process
  • Participate in collection efforts and engage with clients ahead of contract renewal
  • Track efforts to provide weekly and monthly reporting
  • Build support across end users and identify decision-makers
  • Gain unique insight into the use cases, challenges, account health and business potential of our customers


  • Minimum 1–2-years’ experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience with CRM (ConnectWise a plus!)
  • Proficiency with MS office suite
