We are looking for a team player who is eager to act as a liaison between our clients and our technical team. The right candidate will be expected to build strong relationships within the client’s organization, becoming an extension of their team by recommending solutions and helping them utilize our solutions and services to improve business operations. This position may include up to 25% travel.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary client contact and solutions consultant
- Contact clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and prospect for new opportunities
- Consistently achieve sales goals and are driven to deliver results
- Gather requirements needed in order to recommend appropriate and complex solutions and services
- Conduct software demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s needs
- Utilize Excel and other reporting tools
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or account management
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excited about staying abreast of relevant technology applications
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate software solutions
- Thrive working in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial culture
- Hard-working and goal-oriented approach to work
- Great time management skills
