Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the MCCi team. This position will work closely with functional business stakeholders to lead and drive product strategy and get products to market.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate agreed upon business strategy into product strategy.
  • Own all aspects of the product roadmap for all our IP Software products.
  • Lead product strategy meetings and execute defined product strategy.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness. Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs.
  • Work closely with functional business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and priority.
  • Write detailed feature and product technical requirements.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and the business and possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience.
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
  • Plan and carry out product launches.
  • Manage product pricing, profitability and commercial success – own the business unit.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
  • Provide marketing with insights on key differentiators and messaging.
  • Manage all aspects of our IP software products, including customer feedback, requirements, roadmap, and be the central hub of communication.
  • Articulate the product vision.
  • Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support all departments that have product related questions and needs.
  • Organize and execute customer focus groups.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Product Management, Computer Science, or a closely related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a software Product Manager related role.
  • Certified Agile or Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS software.
  • Preferred experience with Aha! Product development software platform.
  • Creating clear, concise detail-oriented technical requirements specifications
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Technical documentation; developer ready specifications and end user training materials
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy meetings, develop and execute product strategy
  • Developing and executing product strategy
  • Management of Business unit P&L
  • Product pricing strategy, competitive analysis and statistical analysis
  • Ability to lead customer focus groups
  • Experience with Software product/feature specifications development
  • Knowledge of the entire SDLC
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and managing product backlogs
  • Utilization of roadmap scoring/tracking software
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Product design review participation
  • Problem-solving skills
