Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the MCCi team. The position is a member of the Client Innovations team and an integral part of the pre-sales process, collaborating with various departments to build custom demonstrations of integrated solutions to meet the needs of the client. The ideal candidate will have the ability to explain and interpret complex technical concepts.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their integration requirements and business objectives
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to estimate project costs and resources required
  • Work collaboratively with sales and professional services team to develop technical proposals and project plans that meet client needs
  • Build custom demonstrations of integrated solutions that are simple to explain and demonstrate the value to prospects
  • Deliver presentations of our solutions to prospective clients, based on their requirements that are easy to explain and demonstrate the value. Demonstrations may be in person and/or remote, client dependent
  • Assist and/or contribute to the implementation of solutions/services sold
  • Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies and industry trends
  • Proactively keep up with changes and enhancements to our product offerings
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to promote the company’s solutions and build relationships with potential clients

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise software in a Sales capacity and/or implementation, maintenance or support capacity
  • Strong technical background
  • In depth knowledge of process automation technologies and platforms such as Content Management Systems, Business Process Management Platforms, Robotic Process Automation tools and Intelligent Document Processing tools
  • Proven ability to explain/interpret complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Certifications with Laserfiche, ABBYY, UiPath or Blueprism are a plus
  • Knowledge of SLED marketing are a plus
  • Database fundamentals, SQL Scripting, Understanding of API Design & Orchestration
  • Business Analyst and/or Process Improvement Professional Credentials are a plus
