This past year, both MCCi and Laserfiche clients worldwide faced disruptions that tested their remote work capabilities, digital collaboration, business continuity, and operational resiliency. The 2020 Run Smarter & Leadership Award winners comprise organizations that developed technology-driven solutions to overcome business challenges and thrive through unprecedented circumstances.
We are pleased to congratulate two of our innovative clients on their recognition in Laserfiche’s 2020 Run Smarter Awards.
Cabarrus County, North Carolina
received the 2020 Run Smarter Award for Digital Transformation.
The County worked with MCCi to automate several business processes. In 2020, the Veteran’s Services department’s use of Laserfiche resulted in faster processing of claims and expedited veterans’ approval of benefits. The case status is trackable through a custom dashboard. The system integrations with various Electronic Forms with a chatbot resulted in less confusion for staff and more complete forms.
Additionally, the County integrated Laserfiche with many of their applications, including a chatbot that uses Laserfiche as a component for their Sheriff’s Department’s quarterly inspections, which inspects more than 50 categories. Read about their chatbot implementation in their client story.
Town of Leesburg, Virginia
Jakub Jedrzejczak, Director of Information Technology, received the Government Impact Award.
Jakub brought government services online and modernized the citizen experience using Laserfiche Cloud. Under Jedrzejczak’s leadership, Leesburg processed $6 million from CARES Act funding to support businesses and nonprofit organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
