Account Manager

MCCi is looking for talented people with a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with clients. We are looking for a team player who is eager to act as a liaison between our clients and our technical team. The right candidate will be expected to build strong relationships within the client’s organization, becoming an extension of their team by recommending solutions and helping them utilize our solutions and services to improve business operations. This position may include up to 25% travel.

We expect individuals to:

  • Act as the primary client contact and solutions consultant
  • Contact clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate leads and prospect for new opportunities
  • Gather requirements needed in order to recommend appropriate and complex solutions and services
  • Conduct software demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s needs
  • Utilize Excel and other reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or account management
  • Proficient computer skills required
