MCCi is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion for technology and building processes in Laserfiche.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with product end users and provide them with the highest level of support and customer service
  • Provide basic and advanced training to clients on their products and processes
  • Have a strong understanding of the organization’s products and services
  • Respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the help desk or your assigned client list
  • Build Laserfiche processes for MCCi Customers
  • Perform Laserfiche platform and server upgrades
  • Serve as technical escalation point for MCCi Technicians
  • Assist customers with infrastructure guidance related to Laserfiche software

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Microsoft knowledge (Office, Workstation, Server, SQL)
  • College level courses or vocational training
  • Experience with Laserfiche Electronic Content Management Software
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support clients in a remote capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and support technical systems and applications
  • Strong detail-oriented organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of TLS certificates and IIS
  • Laserfiche Gold Certified, preferred
  • SAML authentication and Azure environment experience, preferred
