MCCi is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the team. This position will be focused on supporting clients with our Government Website and Community Development solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, anticipating needs and proactively driving client success, ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of clients. This position will require regular in person client visits and the candidate must be located within a 2-hour radius of Kansas City.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client success through proactive engagement
  • Conduct technical reviews and check-ins to assess system performance, and optimization opportunities
  • Lead technical training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our Government Websites and Community Development Solutions
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management, working closely with internal teams
  • Partner with Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements
  • Work closely with Support Leadership to ensure escalations are handled efficiently, and that clients receive a high level of service and resolution
  • Monitor client-reported issues, identify trends, and proactively recommend preventative solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical success plans that align client goals with system capabilities
  • Drive client delight by ensuring high satisfaction, strong adoption, and strategic value from Government Website and Community Development Solutions

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or business field, preferred
  • Prior experience in Support, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software, system integrations, and security best practices
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, system configuration, and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key account stakeholders, including technical contacts
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and escalate issues effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical account engagements while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, organizational, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication
